Intensive In-Home Parenting Program
Family Training Program, Inc. (FTP) is an intensive in-home parenting program that helps parents manage their children's behaviors with trauma-informed care approaches and techniques customized to meet the family's needs. FTP's goal is to preserve families by keeping children in their natural homes.
Our Process
Family trainers meet with families in their homes to develop trusting relationships with all family members, gather information about family history and dynamics, identify family strengths, assess family needs and address safety concerns.
FTP then summarizes its findings with the family and develops mutually agreed upon goals based on identified areas of need.
